About the Role

We are seeking a driven and result-oriented candidate with a UPSC preparation background to join our admissions team. This is a completely office-based tele-calling role focused on converting leads into enrollments for Civil Services preparation programs.

The role requires consistent follow-ups, persuasive communication, and the ability to guide aspirants toward the right course selection.

Key Responsibilities

• Call prospective UPSC aspirants from provided leads
• Explain course offerings, batches, pricing, and preparation strategy
• Handle objections and provide clarity to potential students
• Follow up regularly to convert inquiries into admissions
• Achieve daily and monthly enrollment targets
• Maintain proper call records and CRM updates
• Coordinate with internal teams for admission processing

Mandatory Requirements

• Must have prepared for UPSC (Prelims and/or Mains exposure preferred)
• Strong understanding of UPSC syllabus and exam structure
• Good communication skills in Hindi and English
• Comfortable working in a target-driven tele-sales environment
• Own laptop required
• Willing to work from Bhopal office
