You?ll need to have your own development-ready computer and the willingness to collaborate closely with our team. What You Will Do Build and polish interactive applications, real-time experiences, or gameplay features using Unreal Engine (Blueprints and/or C++). Work with designers, artists, and developers to bring ideas from concept to reality. Take ownership of tasks assigned to you and deliver them with care, attention to detail, and on time. Troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and consistently improve the quality of your work. Communicate openly, ask questions when needed, and collaborate in a positive, professional way. Good understanding of OOP , real-time 3D workflows, and game/interactive application development. Experience with VR/AR, game mechanics, or real-time systems is a big advantage. Ability to work independently while staying aligned with team goals. Solid problem-solving and debugging skills.
