Your Role About the Role We are looking for a creative and technically proficient Unity Lead Engineer . This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in Unity development and user interface design, who can lead the creation of intuitive, accessible, and visually compelling user experiences for maritime digital twin applications. Key Responsibilities Design and develop intuitive user interfaces for digital twin simulations using Unity. Lead the implementation of user journey flows and ensure usability across the platform. Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate wireframes and prototypes into functional interfaces. Ensure compliance with accessibility standards and best practices. Integrate 3D visualization and simulation components using Unity and optionally NVIDIA Omniverse. Work closely with cross-functional teams to align UI/UX with product and engineering goals. Participate in agile development processes and contribute to sprint planning and reviews. Your Profile Strong engineering background with 10?12 years of experience in UI/UX and Unity development. Proven experience in Digital Twin technologies , preferably in maritime or industrial domains. Proficiency in: C# Unity Experience with wireframing and design tools: Figma Adobe XD Strong understanding of: User journey mapping Accessibility standards Maritime user interface design Familiarity with: NVIDIA Omniverse (nice-to-have) Agile development methodologies Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
