Job Description

We are looking for a creative and technically skilled 3D Graphic Designer / Unity Developer with experience in building interactive 3D environments and enterprise-grade visual solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in 3D design tools, Unity development, and the integration of Speech-to-Text and Text-to-Speech technologies to deliver engaging and intelligent user experiences. This role will involve working with designers, AI engineers, and product teams to create immersive, interactive, and performance-optimized 3D applications for enterprise and commercial clients. Key Responsibilities Design and develop 3D visual content, interactive scenes, and real-time applications using Unity and other 3D tools. Integrate Speech-to-Text (STT) and Text-to-Speech (TTS) technologies within Unity environments. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to merge 3D assets, AI-driven features, and user interface components into cohesive solutions. Optimize 3D assets and applications for performance, scalability, and cross-platform compatibility. Maintain consistency in art direction, lighting, texturing, and animation quality. Contribute to Agile-based development processes, ensuring the timely delivery of project milestones. Research and adopt emerging trends in 3D design, AI integration, and interactive media technologies. Required Qualifications 4+ years of professional experience in 3D Graphic Design and Unity development. Proficiency with 3D design tools such as Blender, Maya, or 3ds Max. Strong command of Unity3D, including scripting, asset integration, lighting, and rendering workflows. Hands-on experience with Speech-to-Text and Text-to-Speech tool integration. Sound understanding of 3D rendering pipelines, animation, lighting, and scene composition. Knowledge of design principles, visual aesthetics, and performance optimization techniques. Soft Skills Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects concurrently. Experience working within Agile-based development frameworks. Excellent communication, team collaboration, and leadership skills. Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities. Added Advantage Experience with AR/VR development using Unity XR or Unreal Engine. Familiarity with AI-driven design tools and interactive storytelling. Knowledge of shader programming, particle systems, and physics-based animation. Exposure to cloud-based rendering and real-time collaboration tools.
