Job Description
Manage day-to-day operations of the dialysis unit.
Supervise dialysis staff and duty schedules.
Ensure safe dialysis procedures and quality patient care.
Monitor equipment maintenance, infection control, and safety standards.
Maintain patient records, inventory, and unit documentation.
Coordinate with nephrologists and hospital administration.
Qualification
B.Sc Nursing
Strong knowledge of hemodialysis procedures, patient care, and clinical protocols.
Experience in operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting dialysis machines.
Familiarity with infection control, safety standards, and hospital regulations.
Ability to supervise, train, and mentor dialysis technicians and support staff.
Good communication and coordination skills to work with doctors, nurses, and patients.
Ability to manage inventory, documentation, and reporting.
Readiness to handle emergency situations and shift duties as required.
