Job SummaryWe are seeking a Payroll Executive/Senior Executive with hands-on experience in UK Payroll Processing. The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end payroll activities, statutory compliance, payroll reconciliations, and employee payroll queries while ensuring accuracy and adherence to UK payroll regulations

Key Responsibilities

• Process end-to-end UK payroll accurately and on times.
• Manage PAYE, NIC, SSP, SMP, and other statutory deductions.
• Handle P45, P60, and year-end payroll activities.
• Perform payroll reconciliations and prepare payroll reports.
• Ensure compliance with UK payroll and pension regulations.
• Resolve employee payroll-related queries.
• Coordinate with HR, Finance, and payroll vendors for smooth payroll operations.
• Support payroll audits and process improvements.

Key Skills Required

• 3–5 years of UK payroll processing experien
• Strong knowledge of PAYE, NIC, SSP, SSE
• Experience with P45, P60, and year-end payroll activities.
• Understanding of UK pension regulations and compliance
• Ability to reconcile payroll reports and statutory deduction
• Experience handling employee payroll queries
• Proficiency in payroll systems and MS Excel
• Strong analytical and communication skills

Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or related field
• Relevant payroll certifications will be an added advantage
