Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a UK Lifestyle Survey Customer Care Executive (CCE) based in the Greater Kolkata Area. Responsibilities include conducting surveys on UK lifestyle preferences, gathering accurate and meaningful data through effective communication, and maintaining professionalism during interactions. The role requires adhering to organizational guidelines and maintaining high-quality standards in survey collection and customer service.

Qualifications

• Excellent Communication skills and a customer-centric approach
• Knowledge and experience in Surveying techniques and tools
• Attention to detail and ability to gather, analyze, and accurately document data
• Proficiency in using technology and software related to surveys is a plus
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment
• Prior experience in a similar role or in the BPO industry is an advantage
