?? Location - Gurugram ?? Role - Full time ?? Experience - 1-2 Years About the Role: We?re looking for a creative and technically skilled UI/UX & Web Designer to join our team. Your primary focus will be on designing and building high-converting landing pages and marketing websites using Figma, WordPress (Elementor), and System.io, along with occasional mockups or wireframes for apps or web interfaces. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys both design and development, can take ideas from concept to live page, and keeps up with the latest design and performance trends. Key Responsibilities: Landing Page & Website Design: Design clean, conversion-focused landing pages and microsites in Figma. Ensure designs follow strong layout hierarchy, visual balance, and responsive principles. Create mockups or quick wireframes when needed for internal or client approvals. Landing Page Development: Build, customize, and optimize pages on WordPress (Elementor) and System.io. Implement custom sections using HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript when required. Ensure responsiveness, browser compatibility, and fast loading speeds. Maintain and update existing web pages as per campaign or design needs. Visual Assets & Branding: Create and export design assets like icons, graphics, and banners. Maintain consistency with brand guidelines across all pages. Performance & Optimization: Regularly test and improve page layouts for conversion and usability. Optimize pages for speed, SEO, and mobile performance. Stay updated with new design tools, plugins, and UI trends to enhance output quality. Technical Skill Requirements: Figma: Proficiency in design systems, auto-layout, responsive grids, and prototyping basics. WordPress: Expertise in Elementor, page structure, theme customization, and plugins. System.io: Ability to design and edit landing pages or funnels within the platform. Front-End: Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript for minor customizations. Understanding of web performance metrics, responsive layouts, and design consistency. Familiarity with tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Illustrator for quick visual edits is a plus. Soft Skills & Mindset: Detail-oriented with a strong eye for design, alignment, and consistency. Proactive and curious ? keeps experimenting with new plugins, tools, and layouts. Able to collaborate effectively with marketing, content, and tech teams. Takes ownership of projects from design to deployment.
