UI/UX & Web Designer

We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX & Web Designer to help design clean, intuitive, and visually appealing digital experiences across websites, landing pages, web apps, dashboards, and digital products.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving user problems, creating user-friendly layouts, designing polished interfaces, and improving the overall look and experience of digital platforms. You should have a strong eye for design, good UX thinking, and the ability to turn ideas into clear, functional, and visually consistent designs.

What you’ll work on

You may be involved in tasks such as:

• Designing websites, landing pages, web app screens, dashboards, and digital product interfaces
• Creating user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs
• Improving existing website pages, product screens, forms, and user journeys
• Designing responsive layouts for desktop, tablet, and mobile
• Creating clean, modern, and visually consistent designs in Figma
• Working on marketing pages, product pages, onboarding flows, admin panels, and internal tools
• Collaborating with product, development, marketing, and business teams
• Understanding requirements and converting them into simple, user-friendly design solutions
• Reviewing existing UI/UX and suggesting improvements
• Maintaining consistency across typography, spacing, colors, components, layouts, and interactions
• Preparing developer-ready design files, assets, and handoff notes
• Supporting basic competitor research, design references, and usability improvements

Who we’re looking for

This role is a good fit for someone who:

• Has experience designing websites, landing pages, web apps, dashboards, or digital products
• Is comfortable using Figma or similar design tools
• Can create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and polished UI designs
• Has a strong sense of layout, spacing, typography, color, and visual hierarchy
• Understands basic UX principles and can think from a user’s perspective
• Can design responsive web layouts for different screen sizes
• Can simplify complex workflows into clean and usable interfaces
• Can communicate design decisions clearly
• Is detail-oriented and open to feedback
• Can work independently and deliver quality work on timelines

Good to have

Not mandatory, but helpful:

• Portfolio, Figma, Behance, Dribbble, or website design samples
• Experience designing SaaS products, dashboards, admin panels, landing pages, or mobile-responsive websites
• Familiarity with design systems and reusable components
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS or how developers implement designs
• Experience with website redesigns, product UI improvements, or conversion-focused landing pages
• Ability to create simple icons, illustrations, or visual assets
• Comfort using AI tools for design research, copy, ideation, or prototyping
• Experience working with startups, product teams, or fast-moving environments

Who this is not for

This is not a purely graphic design role. While visual design is important, this role also requires UX thinking, web design skills, product understanding, and the ability to create practical, user-friendly digital experiences.

We’re looking for someone who can design attractive interfaces while also thinking about usability, structure, responsiveness, and how users move through a website or product.
