The individual will be responsible for translating UI/UX design wireframes into high-quality code, building reusable components, and optimising performance across multiple platforms. This role requires expertise in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern frameworks, along with a solid understanding of design principles and user experience. What You?ll Do Develop new user-facing features using React.js and implement reusable components for scalability. Translate UI/UX designs and wireframes into functional, high-quality code. Optimise components for maximum performance across various devices and browsers. Collaborate with designers and developers to bridge the gap between design and technical implementation. Validate technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and ensure brand consistency. Conduct thorough testing across platforms to ensure functionality and responsiveness. Work with RESTful APIs, modern authorisation mechanisms (e.g., JSON Web Token), and front-end build pipelines. Maintain and improve existing applications by developing new features and optimising speed and scalability. Who You Are Bachelor?s degree in B.Tech/B.E./MCA/BCA preferred. 8+ years of experience in UI/UX development and 6+ years in React.js. Strong proficiency in JavaScript, React.js workflows (Flux/Redux), HTML5, CSS3, and client-side scripting. Familiarity with jQuery, AJAX, AngularJS, and advanced JavaScript libraries. Understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and solutions. Knowledge of isomorphic React, RESTful APIs, and modern build tools. Excellent analytical, multitasking, and communication skills with a collaborative mindset.Ability to prioritise tasks in high-pressure environments and deliver quality solutions. Not a perfect fit?
