Job Description: We are looking for a highly creative and experienced UI/UX Graphic Designer with a minimum of 3 years of professional experience. The ideal candidate must be proficient in User Interface (UI) design, User Experience (UX) research & design, and Graphic Design, along with a strong portfolio demonstrating creative and functional design skills. Key Responsibilities: Design engaging and user-friendly UI layouts for websites, mobile apps, and digital platforms. Conduct UX research, create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and process flows for seamless user experience. Develop high-quality graphics, illustrations, logos, and marketing creatives. Collaborate with product managers, developers, and marketing teams to execute design solutions. Maintain brand consistency across all digital and print materials. Translate requirements into design concepts and ensure intuitive and visually appealing user experiences. Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, technologies, and UI/UX best practices. Present design ideas and deliver concepts with rationale to stakeholders. Key Skills & Requirements: Minimum 3+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer and Graphic Designer. Strong proficiency in industry-standard tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc. Solid understanding of UI design principles, UX processes, visual design, typography, and color theory. Experience in creating wireframes, prototypes, and user journeys. Ability to create creative brand assets, digital banners, social media graphics, and marketing visuals. Strong attention to detail and an eye for clean, modern, and user-friendly design. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines. Candidates from Kolkata or willing to relocate to Salt Lake Sector V will be preferred. Education : Bachelor?s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or a related field preferred.
