Job Summary We are seeking a highly experienced Senior UI/UX Developer with 7+ years of experience designing and developing intuitive, user-centric, and visually appealing web and mobile interfaces. This hybrid role requires a strong grasp of UI development technologies along with a solid understanding of UX principles to translate user needs and business goals into engaging digital experiences. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities Design and develop responsive and interactive user interfaces for web and mobile applications. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and back-end developers to translate wireframes and mockups into functional front-end code. Ensure design consistency across platforms while maintaining usability and performance. Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze user behavior to inform design decisions. Create high-fidelity prototypes, mockups, wireframes, and interactive UI flows. Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and accessibility. Maintain clean, modular, and reusable code following best practices and coding standards. Troubleshoot UI/UX issues and implement enhancements based on feedback. Stay up to date with UI/UX trends, tools, and front-end technologies. ________________________________________ Required Skills & Experience 7+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design and front-end development. Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern JavaScript frameworks/libraries such as: React.js, Angular, or Vue.js Proficiency In UX Tools Such As Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision Experience with CSS preprocessors like SASS/SCSS, and component-based frameworks. Good understanding of responsive design, accessibility (WCAG), and cross-browser compatibility. Experience with RESTful APIs and integrating front-end with backend services. Strong knowledge of version control systems like Git. Familiarity with performance optimization, SEO basics, and UI testing.
