Key Responsibilities

Design engaging user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
Conduct user research to gather insights and understand user needs.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and stakeholders, to bring designs to life.
Perform usability testing and iterate designs based on user feedback.
Maintain consistency in designs by adhering to brand guidelines and creating reusable components.
Create visual presentations and design documentation using Canva to communicate design ideas, user flows, and concepts effectively to internal teams and stakeholders.
Stay updated on the latest design trends and best practices.

Required Skills And Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in any field (a degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field is a plus).
Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Canva, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design projects, including wireframes, prototypes, and final designs.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
A keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Knowledge of responsive design principles.
Familiarity with user research methods and usability testing.
Experience with design systems and reusable components.
Awareness of accessibility standards and inclusive design principles.
Interest in emerging technologies like AR/VR, AI, and spatial design.
