Overview

Looking for a UI/UX Designer position - Figma/Adobe XD for web applications. As a UI/UX designer proficient in Figma/Adobe XD, you should have a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and experience in creating user-centered designs for digital products. Additionally, you should have excellent communication and collaboration skills, be highly organized, and have a passion for solving complex design challenges.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Gather and evaluate user requirements from the users, clients, and customers.

• Collaborate with product managers and engineers.

• Illustrate design ideas.

• Develop low and high-fidelity UI mock-ups and prototypes.

• Presenting mock-up drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders.

• Identify and troubleshoot UI/UX issues.

• Knowledge of design principles like typography and colors.

• Knowledge of design & wireframing tools and software like Figma, Sketch, and XD.

• Good communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.

• Knowledge of design systems.

• Knowledge of prototyping tools would be a plus.

• Knowledge of aftereffects and Illustrator would be a plus.

Requirement & Skills

• Bachelor's degree (B. Tech, BCA, BBA, B. Sc in any specialization)

• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decisions.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
