Job Description
Job Title: UI/UX Designer (E-commerce)
Experience: 2–4 Years
Working Days: 6 Days a Week
Location: On-site (WFO)
About the Role
We are looking for a creative and user-focused UI/UX Designer who understands e-commerce experiences deeply and can design intuitive, conversion-driven interfaces. You’ll work closely with developers, product managers, and business teams to craft seamless user journeys across web and mobile platforms.
Key Requirements
Must-Have Skills
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience in UI/UX Design
- Strong E-commerce experience (Shopify, DTC brands, or similar platforms)
- Solid understanding of UX principles, user flows, wireframing & prototyping
- Experience designing:
- Product listing pages (PLP)
- Product detail pages (PDP)
- Checkout & conversion flows
- Proficiency in Figma (must)
- Ability to convert business requirements into user-friendly designs
- Experience with design systems, components, and style guides
- Good understanding of responsive & mobile-first design
UX-Specific Experience (Mandatory)
- User research & requirement analysis
- Information architecture & journey mapping
- Usability testing & UX improvements based on feedback
- CRO-driven design thinking (conversion optimization)
- Understanding of accessibility & usability best practices
UI Skills (Nice to Have)
- Strong sense of typography, color theory, spacing & visual hierarchy
- Ability to create pixel-perfect, developer-friendly designs
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS (plus point)
- Experience working with developers for smooth handoff
