Role Overview:

We are seeking a creative and user-focused UI/UX Designer with 3–6 years of experience in designing intuitive, engaging, and user-centric digital experiences. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of UI/UX principles, user research, interaction design, and prototyping, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality web and mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze user requirements through research, stakeholder discussions, surveys, and user feedback.
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mock-ups for web and mobile applications.
• Design intuitive, visually appealing, and user-friendly interfaces that enhance the overall user experience.
• Conduct usability testing, analyze user behavior, and refine designs based on feedback and insights.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Business Analysts, and Development teams to ensure design feasibility and alignment with business objectives.
• Work with fellow designers to maintain consistency in design systems, UI components, and visual language across products.
• Ensure designs adhere to accessibility, usability, and responsive design standards.
• Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve product quality.
• Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3–6 years of professional experience in UI/UX Design or Product Design.
• Strong proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar platforms.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, information architecture, and visual design.
• Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and translating findings into actionable design improvements.
• Knowledge of responsive design principles and mobile-first design approaches.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to facilitate effective collaboration with development teams.
• Understanding of design systems, component libraries, and accessibility standards.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced Agile environment.
