About the Role

Lagran Software Solutions is looking for a creative and detail‑oriented UI/UX Designer to join our growing team. You will be responsible for designing intuitive, engaging, and visually compelling user experiences for web and mobile applications. If you are passionate about design, user-centered thinking, and transforming ideas into beautiful interfaces, we’d love to speak with you.

Key Responsibilities

• Design user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity designs.
• Collaborate with product managers and developers to understand requirements.
• Conduct user research and translate insights into design improvements.
• Maintain and enhance design standards, style guides, and component libraries.
• Ensure consistency, usability, and accessibility across all products.
• Iterate on designs based on feedback and usability testing.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
• Solid understanding of UX principles, visual design, and responsive design.
• Knowledge of prototyping tools and design systems.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Preferred Qualifications
• Experience working with development teams (Web & Mobile).
• Understanding of HTML/CSS basics (not mandatory).
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum processes.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
