Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with at least 1+ years of experience who can join immediately. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing end-to-end digital products and a strong understanding of product research, user behaviour, and modern design practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications.

• Lead end-to-end product design, from research and wireframing to highfidelity UI and developer handoff.

• Conduct product research, user research, and competitor analysis to identify design opportunities.

• Create user journeys, personas, wireframes, prototypes, and design systems.

• Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to deliver user-centric solutions.

• Ensure designs are consistent, scalable, and aligned with product goals.

• Iterate designs based on user feedback and usability testing.

Required Skills

• 1+ years of experience in UI/UX design.

• Experience in designing at least 3 end-to-end production products (live or shipped products).

• Strong expertise in product research, user flows, and UX strategy.

• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.

• Strong understanding of design systems, responsive design, and usability principles.

• Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with product teams or startups.

• Knowledge of interaction design and usability testing.

• Basic understanding of frontend development constraints (HTML/CSS) is a plus.

Requirement
