Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled UI/UX Designer with experience in the Healthcare Claims domain (India market) to design intuitive, user-centric digital experiences. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Figma and a deep understanding of healthcare claims workflows, enabling them to translate complex business processes into simple and effective user interfaces.

Key Responsibilities

• Design user-centered interfaces for healthcare claims platforms and applications.
• Collaborate with business analysts, product managers, and development teams to understand user needs and business requirements.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs using Figma.
• Translate complex healthcare claims workflows into intuitive and easy-to-use interfaces.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to improve product usability and user experience.
• Develop and maintain design systems, UI components, and style guides to ensure consistency across applications.
• Work closely with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of UI designs.
• Improve the end-to-end user journey across claims submission, processing, and tracking systems.

Required Skills

• 5–10 years of experience in UI/UX design.
• Strong experience with Figma for wireframing, prototyping, and design systems.
• Mandatory domain experience in Healthcare Claims.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices.
• Ability to convert complex workflows into intuitive UI designs.
• Good understanding of responsive design and accessibility standards.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.

Good to Have

• Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments.
• Exposure to design systems and component libraries.
• Basic understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, or React.
