About The Role

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer who thrives on crafting intuitive, user-centric designs. As a part of our team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping digital experiences by working collaboratively with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to design innovative solutions for complex problems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design Excellence: Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to craft engaging user interfaces
• User Insights: Develop user personas, flows, and journey maps to define and enhance user experiences
• Research-Driven Approach: Conduct user research and usability testing to validate and refine design concepts
• Consistency in Design: Build style guides, design systems, and reusable components to ensure cohesive UI across products
• Accessibility & Responsiveness: Ensure designs meet WCAG standards and are optimized for all screen sizes
• Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices including AI-assisted design workflows to bring fresh ideas and efficiency to the team
• AI-Enhanced Design Practices: Leverage AI tools to accelerate research synthesis, generate initial wireframes/prototypes, analyze user insights, and iterate designs efficiently while maintaining strong human-centered oversight and quality
  
  

Requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field
• 3-5 years of experience designing intuitive interfaces for B2B, SaaS, or enterprise products
• A portfolio showcasing your ability to solve complex design challenges
  
  

Skills

• Strong problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication to articulate design decisions effectively
• Experience working with or creating comprehensive design systems (e.g., Material Design, Bootstrap, custom design systems)
• Understanding of accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) and responsive design principles
• Familiarity with designing complex dashboards and data visualization components for enterprise applications
• Proficiency in Figma, FigJam, or Miro
• Proficiency in leveraging AI-driven design tools (such as Figma AI, Claude, or similar) to accelerate research, ideation, wireframing, and prototyping while applying strong human-centered judgment
• Experience or strong interest in designing for AI-powered features, focusing on transparency, explainability, user trust, and ethical considerations especially valuable in HealthTech contexts

• Familiarity with design systems and creating scalable components
