Roles & Responsibilities

Collaborate with project managers, developers, and stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions for website design and user experience.
Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and mockups that effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and analysis to identify pain points and improve overall product usability.
Design visually appealing and functional interfaces, ensuring consistency across platforms.
Optimize existing user interface designs by analyzing data and incorporating feedback.
Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve designs.
Ensure designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a cohesive visual language.

Skills And Qualifications

Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing design projects.
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar software.
Solid understanding of usability principles, user-centered design, and best practices.
Experience with responsive and mobile-first design principles.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills to effectively convey ideas and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
Bachelor???s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
