• A Battle-Tested Portfolio: Your online portfolio isn’t just a collection of pretty screens; it’s a compelling narrative showcasing your design thinking, problem-solving prowess, and the real-world impact of your product design work.
• Deep UI/UX DNA: A minimum of 3 years immersed in the world of UI/UX design, with the last 3 years exclusively focused on crafting exceptional user experiences.
• Product-First Mindset: Proven experience within product-based (B2B or SaaS) companies, understanding the intricacies of product development lifecycles.
• Launch Expertise: You’ve been instrumental in the successful launch of products or significant projects, navigating the challenges and celebrating the victories.
• Global Perspective: A demonstrable track record of working on products used across multiple countries, showcasing your understanding of international user needs.
• Mastery of the Design Toolkit: You’re fluent in Figma (minimum 3 years of hands-on experience) and proficient in other industry-standard tools like Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, and ideally, Adobe Premiere (bonus points for motion design skills!).
