Role Summary

Lead the design, delivery, and support of UiPath automation solutions while managing the RPA team, ensuring successful project execution, technical excellence, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Design scalable, secure, and reusable UiPath automation solutions.
• Review solution architecture, process design, and code quality.
• Lead end-to-end RPA delivery from requirements to production support.
• Manage and mentor the RPA development and support team.
• Plan resource allocation, task assignment, and delivery schedules.
• Ensure adherence to development standards, best practices, and governance.
• Drive technical discussions with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Identify risks, resolve technical issues, and provide timely escalations.
• Monitor project progress, quality, SLAs, and team performance.
• Support presales activities, effort estimation, and solution proposals.
• Promote continuous improvement, automation standards, and knowledge sharing.

Required Skills

• Strong expertise in UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and REFramework.
• Good understanding of APIs, databases, web services, and system integrations.
• Experience with source control (Git/Azure DevOps) and CI/CD practices.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proven experience in team leadership and stakeholder management.

Experience

• 8–12+ years of IT experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on UiPath development.
• 2+ years in Solution Architect or Technical Lead role.
• Experience managing RPA development and support teams.
