Senior RPA Developer (Power Automate & UiPath) Position Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Solution Architect / Senior RPA (Robotic Process Automation) Developer with strong expertise in Microsoft Power Automate 80% and UiPath 20%. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and deploying scalable automation solutions to streamline business processes, improve efficiency, and support our digital transformation initiatives. The role requires a blend of technical excellence, problem-solving abilities, and the capability to mentor junior developers while collaborating with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities Automation Design & Development Analyze business requirements and identify opportunities for automation. Design, develop, and implement robust RPA solutions using Power Automate and UiPath . Ensure solutions follow best practices, scalability, security, and compliance standards. Integrate RPA solutions with enterprise systems, APIs, and databases. Project Execution & Delivery Lead end-to-end automation lifecycle: requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and support. Work closely with business analysts, process owners, and IT teams to align solutions with business goals. Develop reusable automation components, templates, and frameworks. Governance & Standards Follow organizational RPA governance, coding standards, and documentation practices. Conduct peer reviews and ensure quality assurance across automation deliverables. Contribute to establishing and refining best practices for automation development. Support & Maintenance Provide production support and troubleshoot issues in deployed automations. Monitor bots, manage exceptions, and optimize existing automations for performance improvements. Collaboration & Mentoring Mentor and guide junior developers on RPA tools and techniques. Collaborate with architecture teams to evaluate emerging automation technologies. Support knowledge-sharing and training sessions across teams. Required Qualifications Education: Bachelor?s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Experience: Minimum 8+ years of experience in RPA development and delivery. Hands-on expertise with Microsoft Power Automate (Cloud Flows, Desktop Flows, Connectors) Proficiency in UiPath (Studio, Orchestrator, REFramework). Strong knowledge of workflow automation, process mapping, and optimization. Solid experience with SQL, APIs, and integrations. Familiarity with scripting languages such as VB.NET, C#, Python, or PowerShell. Certifications (Preferred): Microsoft Power Automate or Power Platform certifications. UiPath Certified Advanced RPA Developer (UiARD). Soft Skills Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative, team-oriented environment. Strong documentation and organizational skills. Passion for process improvement and digital innovation.
