UI / UX Designer (India)

Elevate is looking for a UI / UX Designer with strong user research skills to help us better understand our users, refine our product workflows, and elevate the overall design of our platform. You’ll work closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to drive user-centered design decisions.

Specifically, the UI / UX Designer will

• Plan and conduct qualitative and quantitative user research (e.g., user interviews, usability tests, surveys).
• Synthesize research findings into actionable insights that inform product decisions.
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for enterprise web applications.
• Leverages Gen AI-centric tools to streamline the PM/UX workflow and acts as an enabler for PM's to more easily create UX designs based on the design system.
• Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Design for complex user journeys and workflows with a focus on clarity and usability.
• Present research and design recommendations to stakeholders in a clear, compelling way.
• Ensure consistency with our design system while also advocating for necessary enhancements.
  
  

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in UX design, with significant hands-on user research work
  
  

Skills For Success

• Proven experience designing for complex, enterprise-level SaaS platforms.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design methodology, hypothesis-based design thinking and research-informed decision-making.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.
  
  

Technical Skills

• Experience with AI-powered UX design with particular emphasis on implementing Gen AI-centric technology and is up to date with the latest developments.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Figma Make, Lovable, etc.)
• Experience conducting end-to-end user research, including recruitment, facilitation, and synthesis
  
  

Qualification

• B.E. / B.Tech. / M.E. / M.Tech. / M.S degree/Any in Computer Science and Electronics or related field.
