About Position: We are seeking for Lead. UI Path with hands on experience of RPA, UIPath, API, etc. , Role: UI Path Lead Location: All Persistent Locations Experience: 7 to 12 years Job Type: Full Time Employment What You'll Do: Development: Writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code. Debugging and resolving complex issues in existing software. Completing work on time with little to no oversight. Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with business analysts, solution architects, and fellow developers, converting requirements into scalable, sustainable automation solutions Project Planning and Management: Contributing to project planning, including estimating timelines and resource requirements. Managing priorities and task assignments within the development team. Mentorship: Mentoring junior developers, providing guidance, and encouraging best practices. Expertise You'll Bring: Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related work experience. Minimum of 5 years of experience in developing RPA solutions, with at least 2 years focusing on UiPath. Experience with document understanding in the UiPath tech stack. Ability to demonstrate competency in UiPath technical stack. Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, and a detail-oriented mindset .
