We are looking for a UI Lead with strong skills in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, who is passionate about building responsive, high-quality web interfaces. In this role, you will collaborate closely with designers, product engineers, and backend teams to build intuitive and scalable web experiences. A strong focus on clean coding, attention to detail, and willingness to learn modern front-end practices is essential. What do we expect? Lead the development of UI components and web pages using JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3 Provide technical direction, ensure UI best practices, coding quality, and maintainability Collaborate closely with designers and product teams to translate concepts into high-quality interfaces Review code, guide junior engineers, and elevate overall front-end craftsmanship Ensure UI performance optimization, responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility Work with backend teams to ensure smooth API integration and end-to-end functionality Own small-to-medium modules and ensure timely, high-quality delivery Participate in architectural discussions related to front-end structure and frameworks Introduce improvements in tooling, workflows, and UI engineering practices Qualifications 4?8 years of experience in front-end development Strong hands-on expertise in JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3 Solid understanding of responsive design, browser behavior, and UI performance Experience mentoring or guiding junior developers (informal or formal team leadership) Good understanding of design systems, accessibility, and UI/UX fundamentals Exposure to any modern JavaScript framework (React/Angular/Vue) is a plus, but not mandatory Ability to break down requirements into actionable tasks and drive delivery Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder-handling skills Passion for clean code, maintainability, and high-quality UI craftsmanship Technology Stack JavaScript, HTML, CSS React, Angular, Vue Node.js Tailwind, Material UI Git, REST APIs You are important to us, let?s stay connected!
