UAT Lead

Job Title: UAT Lead (4-8 years)

Location: Delhi (Hybrid )

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced UAT Lead to manage and drive end-to-end User Acceptance Testing activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for UAT planning, coordination with stakeholders, defect triage, and ensuring successful delivery of high-quality releases, especially for portal-based applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the UAT lifecycle including planning, execution, and closure
• Coordinate with business stakeholders, developers, and QA teams for smooth UAT execution
• Prepare UAT test plans, scenarios, and test cases
• Conduct portal testing and ensure functionality aligns with business requirements
• Manage defect triage calls, track issues, and ensure timely resolution
• Maintain and publish UAT status reports, dashboards, and metrics
• Ensure proper documentation and sign-off from stakeholders
• Identify risks and provide mitigation strategies during UAT

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong experience in UAT Management and coordination
• Hands-on experience in portal/web application testing
• Proficiency in tools like Jira or Azure DevOps for defect tracking
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in defect triage and reporting
• Ability to work in fast-paced, cross-functional environments

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience as a UAT Lead/Test Lead
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
