To maintain confidential information and correspondence.
To maintain catalogue of all the Library books.
To type all reports, ION's and maintains documents including PNDT relating to general correspondence within and outside the hospital.
To maintain stationary inventory for the department and to coordinate with the HOD - Radiology for the same.
To participate and contribute to departmental quality initiatives
To be aware of departments performance and objective.
To carryout data collection/support in data collection.
To adhere to the safety norms of hospital, follow both patient, and staff safety rules.
To perform any job / task as and when assigned by the superior.

To carryout data collection of Ultrasound/X Ray/CT/MRI data of respective modality daily and reason, CAPA should be recorded
To participate and contribute to departmental quality initiatives and to maintain the respective registers/files as per HOD instructions.
To participate in training classes as per HOD’s instruction
To be aware of departments performance and objective.
To adhere the safety norms of hospital and follow both patient and staff safety rules.
To perform any job / work as and when assigned by the superior
