Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a TSM (Territory Sales Manager) / ASM (Area Sales Manager) based in Kanpur. The role involves managing sales operations, developing strategies to achieve sales targets, building and nurturing relationships with distributors and retailers, and identifying market opportunities for growth. The individual will oversee a sales team, monitor performance, provide training, and ensure the implementation of sales and marketing plans within the designated territory.

Qualifications
- Proven skills in sales management and business development, particularly in the agricultural or seed industry
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities
- Experience in market analysis, strategic planning, and territory management
- Leadership skills, including team management and performance evaluation
- Ability to work effectively in field-based environments with a hands-on approach
- Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Business Management, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory)
- Proficiency in local language(s) and familiarity with the Kanpur market is highly advantageous
- Self-motivated with the ability to meet targets and deadlines
