Job Description
Key Responsibilities Architect and implement scalable, reliable, and secure backend systems using Python, FastAPI, and AWS. Drive data infrastructure decisions, focusing on PostgreSQL, Redshift, and advanced data engineering pipelines. Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate AI-first features and keep up with emerging AI trends. Ensure the delivery of high-quality, maintainable code and manage technical debt effectively. Required Skills & Qualifications Strong communication and team management skills, with a proven ability to lead and inspire teams. Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS) including EC2, Lambda, S3, IAM, and Redshift. Advanced proficiency in Python and frameworks like FastAPI. Strong knowledge of relational databases (PostgreSQL) and data warehouse solutions (Redshift). Proven experience in data engineering, including ETL pipelines, data modeling, and optimization. Ability to work in fast-paced, iterative environments and thrive in ambiguity. Nice To Have Experience working with AI/ML pipelines or data science platforms. Familiarity with tools like Airflow or similar. Exposure to DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines. (ref:hirist.tech)
