The Triad Business Analyst serves as a key link between business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams within a triad operating model. This role is responsible for gathering, analyzing, and translating business requirements into actionable solutions that improve processes, systems, and customer outcomes. The analyst collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between business goals, product strategy, and technology delivery.

The analyst collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between business goals, product strategy, and technology delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, document, and validate business requirements from stakeholders.
- Analyze current business processes, workflows, and systems to identify improvement opportunities.
- Work within a triad structure, partnering with product, technology, and business teams to deliver effective solutions.
- Translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories, process maps, and documentation.
- Support prioritization of initiatives by evaluating business value, impact, and feasibility.
- Facilitate meetings, workshops, and stakeholder discussions to define project scope and objectives.
- Assist with testing, user acceptance validation, and implementation support.
- Track project progress, risks, dependencies, and issues, ensuring timely communication to stakeholders.
- Use data analysis and reporting to support decision-making and measure business outcomes.
- Ensure delivered solutions align with strategic goals, compliance standards, and operational needs.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or similar role.
- Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies and documentation practices.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in agile, product-driven, or collaborative environments.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in tools such as Excel, Visio, Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms.
- Experience working in a triad model or matrixed organization.
- Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or SAFe frameworks.
- Experience with process improvement, change management, or digital transformation initiatives.
- Certification such as CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA, or Agile BA is a plus.
