Job Title: Treasury /Finance Manager (preference shall be given experience in real estate sector )

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and manage relationships with banks and financial institutions.

Facilitate new loan proposals, including documentation, negotiations, and disbursement.

• Conduct financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting to support decision-making.
• Provide expert advice on investments, capital structure, cost control, and profitability improvement.
• Guide on business restructuring, mergers, acquisitions, or new projects.
• Prepare financial models, valuation reports, and cash flow analyses.
• Advise on cost reduction opportunities and process improvements.
• Collaborate with management and stakeholders to align financial plans with business strategies.
