Job Title: Travel Sales Executive – International Tours

Location: A 200, First Floor, Sector 55, Gurugram, Haryana

Qualification: Graduate in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field (preferred)

Experience: 0–1 year of experience in travel sales or a similar role

Salary Range: ₹15,000 per month (based on experience and skills) + Incentive up to 20,000

Employment Type: Full-time


Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our Travel Sales team. The candidate should have a passion for travel, strong sales skills, and the ability to deliver exceptional customer experiences.


Key Responsibilities:


Sales & Customer Experience:

- Handle sales for travel packages including reservations, ticketing, and tourism services.

- Deliver exceptional customer service by understanding and exceeding customer expectations.

- Communicate confidently with clients and influence purchase decisions.

Performance & Targets:

- Work effectively in a fast-paced sales and service environment.

- Achieve individual and team sales targets.

- Stay self-motivated and result-oriented.

Customer Handling:

- Actively listen to customer needs and recommend suitable travel solutions.

- Anticipate customer requirements and provide proactive solutions.

Team Collaboration:

- Maintain a positive attitude and work collaboratively within the team.

Adaptability & Learning:

- Adapt to different customer profiles, challenges, and work environments.

- Take ownership of personal learning and professional development.

Attention to Detail:

- Ensure accuracy in bookings and documentation.

- Understand the impact of errors on business and customer satisfaction.

Flexibility:

- Be open to working in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.


Required Skills & Competencies:

- Experience in Sales/Reservations/Ticketing/Travel & Tourism.

- Strong communication, persuasion, and influencing skills.

- Customer-centric mindset.

- High attention to detail.

- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
