Handle inbound and outbound inquiries related to travel packages ? Promote and sell domestic and international travel plans to potential clients ? Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable travel options ? Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into bookings ? Maintain and update customer database and booking records ? Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to ensure seamless travel arrangements ? Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after travel Requirements: ? 0?1 year of experience in sales or customer service (travel industry preferred but not mandatory) ?
