Role & Responsibilities
- Evaluate clients through tests such as range of motion and gait analysis.
- Develop and oversee individualized rehabilitation programs.
- Conduct ongoing assessments and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
- Maintain accurate measurement and assessment records.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams by reporting test results and progress.
- Participate in creating, presenting, and revising treatment goals.
- Engage in continuing education, research, and program development.
- Train pre-clinical and clinical students, assistants, and aides.
- Licensed Physical Therapist.
- Must possess BLS, Skills Checklist, and Specialty Exam for onboarding.
- Reliable and local candidates preferred.
