Role Description The Travel Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Surat, responsible for managing end-to-end travel requirements for employees and visitors. Day-to-day tasks include planning and booking domestic and international travel, arranging flights, accommodation, local transport, and handling visa and insurance processes as needed. The role involves coordinating closely with internal teams, external travel partners, and agencies to optimize travel costs while ensuring safety, comfort, and compliance with company policies. The Travel Executive will track itineraries, maintain travel records, manage changes or cancellations, and resolve travel-related issues in a timely and professional manner. The role also includes preparing travel reports, monitoring budgets, and recommending process improvements to enhance the overall travel experience.
Qualifications

  • Strong travel arrangements and travel management skills, including booking, coordination, and itinerary planning.
  • Experience in travel consulting, with the ability to suggest cost-effective and convenient travel options aligned with company policies.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a focus on responsiveness and problem-solving.
  • Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple travel requests and deadlines.
  • Proficiency with travel booking tools, MS Office, and basic reporting (Excel/PowerPoint).
  • Prior experience in a corporate travel, administration, or hospitality role is preferred.
  • Knowledge of domestic and international travel regulations, documentation, and visa processes is an advantage.
  • Relevant diploma or degree in travel, hospitality, business administration, or a related field is beneficial.
