Solopackers is a revolutionary social travel platform designed to connect solo travelers with like-minded companions and offer curated travel packages. We are looking for a highly motivated trip specialist to join our core team, starting off as an intern and play a vital role in building the future of solo travel.

Responsibilities:

As a Travel Specialist, you will be responsible for creating and planning engaging travel itineraries, finding and booking hotel/villa deals, executing trips, and managing travel groups.

• Design and develop detailed travel itineraries that cater to the interests and preferences of solo travelers.
• Coordinate all aspects of the trips, including accommodations, transportation, activities, and local experiences.
• Ensure smooth execution of planned trips, handling any issues that arise and ensuring travelers have a positive experience.
• Manage travel groups, facilitating introductions and interactions among group members, and ensuring everyone s needs are met.
• Provide exceptional customer support to travelers before, during, and after their trips.
• Conduct research to identify new travel trends, destinations, and activities that can be incorporated into future travel packages.
• Gather feedback from travelers to continually improve and refine travel packages and services.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or a related field.
• Passion for travel and a deep understanding of popular travel destinations and experiences.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle unexpected situations with ease.
• Previous experience in travel planning, customer service, or group management is a plus.
