Job Description: Business Development Manager - B2B Travel Partnerships


Position Overview

Seeking a dynamic and relationship-driven Business Development Manager – B2B Travel Partnerships to drive business growth through strategic partnerships with domestic and international travel partners.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of inbound tourism, B2B travel sales, and partnership management within the travel and hospitality industry.


Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Partnerships

  • Identify, approach, and onboard international and domestic travel partners.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with travel agencies, tour operators, DMCs, and hospitality partners.
  • Generate business through strategic B2B collaborations and partnership development.
  • Conduct outreach activities through calls, emails, networking events, and meetings.
  • Represent the company professionally in meetings, travel events, and industry interactions.
  • Coordinate closely with the founders on growth strategies and market expansion initiatives.


Client Relationship Management

  • Maintain long-term relationships with partners to ensure repeat business and account growth.
  • Understand partner requirements and provide customized travel solutions.
  • Ensure seamless communication and coordination with partners throughout the sales cycle.
  • Provide excellent relationship management and after-sales support.


Market Development

  • Identify new market opportunities and partnership channels.
  • Monitor travel industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
  • Support branding and visibility initiatives for the company in the travel ecosystem.


Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in inbound tourism, B2B travel sales, or DMC sales is mandatory.
  • Prior experience working with travel agencies, tour operators, or hospitality partners preferred.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable interacting with international clients and global partners.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Passion for travel, culture, and experiential tourism.
  • Delhi-based candidates preferred.
