Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Travel Consultant located in Ernakulam. The Travel Consultant will be responsible for planning and managing travel arrangements, consulting with clients to understand their needs, and designing itineraries that meet their preferences. The role includes creating Quotations, Achieving sales Targets, and providing excellent customer service to ensure a seamless travel experience. Additional responsibilities include addressing any client concerns promptly.

Qualifications

• Experience in Travel Consulting, Travel Management, and creating tailored travel arrangements
• Strong Customer Service skills with a focus on client satisfaction
• Excellent communication abilities and attention to detail
• Proficiency in travel-related software or tools is advantageous
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site team setting
• Prior experience in the Travel or tourism or Study Abroad Industry Required
