Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Work on fresh and warm leads generated via various digital platforms (Facebook, Instagram, website, etc.), provided through CRM.
- Connect with prospective guests to understand their travel requirements, preferences, and budgets.
- Design, recommend, and sell the most suitable international or domestic holiday packages.
- Follow up effectively, negotiate when required, and close deals.
- Update all customer interactions and sales progress in CRM.
- Coordinate with the operations team after booking confirmation for smooth execution.
