Transportation Specialist — Contract Role (Saudi Nationals Only)

We are seeking a highly organized Transportation Specialist to manage and coordinate transport operations for a major, high-profile project in the Kingdom. This is a fast-paced, site-based contract role requiring strong logistics planning, real-time coordination, and stakeholder management skills.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee daily transportation operations for personnel, equipment, and materials
• Develop transport schedules, routing plans, and deployment strategies
• Coordinate with fleet providers, drivers, contractors, and stakeholders
• Monitor vehicle utilization, movement tracking, and operational efficiency
• Manage transport requests, dispatching, and contingency planning
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, traffic regulations, and project protocols
• Handle on-ground issues, delays, and last-minute operational changes
• Prepare reports on transport performance and resource usage

🔹 Requirements

• 🇸🇦 Saudi Talent (mandatory)
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Transportation, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
• Proven experience in transportation, fleet operations, or logistics coordination
• Strong planning and problem-solving skills in high-pressure environments
• Experience managing drivers, vehicles, and dispatch operations
• Familiarity with tracking systems, scheduling tools, or transport management systems is an advantage
• GCC/Saudi experience preferred
• Fluent in Arabic and English
