About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with expertise in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) and onboarding processes. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end RCM projects, ensure seamless onboarding of clients and resources, and drive operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage RCM projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
• Oversee client onboarding, including process setup, training, and transition support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, IT, Operations, and Client Services) to streamline workflows.
• Monitor project performance metrics and prepare reports for senior management.
• Identify risks and issues and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Facilitate regular status meetings with clients and internal teams.
• Mentor and guide team members, promoting best practices in RCM and onboarding.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Healthcare Administration, Finance, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in RCM, healthcare billing, or revenue cycle operations.
• Proven experience managing projects and client onboarding processes.
• Strong understanding of healthcare billing, coding, and reimbursement processes.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Proficient in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Trello) and RCM software.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in Project Management (PMP/PRINCE2) or Healthcare Management.
• Experience in implementing process improvement initiatives (Lean/Six Sigma).
• Knowledge of electronic health record (EHR) systems and healthcare compliance regulations.
