Experience: 9 – 12 Years

• Set project timeline
• Must have Strong Experience in "Program management" or "Project Management"
• Must have Experience in managing transition/ Projects in Banking processes
• Monitor project deliverables
• Update relevant stakeholders or team members on the project progress
• Coach and support project team members with tasks you assign them

Education Guidelines (Typical):

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• Strong business acumen in project planning and management
• Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills

Purpose of the Role:

Sr. Transition Manager (SDM) leads medium-touch transitions independently while supporting the RFP creation, ensuring the adherence to the plan and post contractual due diligence for a set of applications in a large account or a smaller single account with the objective of managing new Service transitions to Cognizant from clients or existing vendors by adhering to the transition process and framework laid out.
