A senior transformation leader with experience of 20+ years into driving large-scale cloud, infrastructure, and workplace modernization initiatives across global enterprises. Proven ability to define and execute multi-year transformation roadmaps, transitioning legacy environments to scalable, secure, and cost-optimized cloud and hybrid platforms. Expert in productizing IT capabilities through standardized, reusable solutions that accelerate delivery and improve operational efficiency. Strong advocate of automation, orchestration, and FinOps-led optimization, with hands-on experience embedding AI-driven solutions for predictive maintenance, intelligent operations, and workplace productivity. Recognized for strategic vision, strong stakeholder engagement, and the ability to lead complex, cross-functional teams to deliver measurable business outcomes while ensuring governance, compliance, and security excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Cloud & Infrastructure Transformation

• Define and execute transformation roadmaps for cloud migration, infrastructure modernization, and hybrid environments.
• Experience of driving workplace transformation
• Drive adoption of automation, orchestration, and cost optimization strategies.

Productized IT Knowledge

• Develop and implement standardized, repeatable IT solutions and frameworks for scalability and efficiency.
• Promote best practices and reusable assets to accelerate transformation programmes.

AI Integration for Cloud, Infra & Workplace

• Identify opportunities to embed AI-driven solutions for predictive maintenance, intelligent automation, and workplace productivity.
• Collaborate with AI and data teams to design and deploy AI models tailored for infrastructure and cloud operations.

Large Infrastructure Transformations

• Lead complex, multi-year infrastructure transformation programmes across global environments.
• Ensure alignment with business objectives, compliance standards, and security requirements.

Stakeholder Engagement & Governance

• Partner with senior leadership and clients to define transformation objectives and success metrics.
• Establish governance frameworks to monitor progress, manage risks, and ensure delivery excellence.

Required Skills & Experience

• Extensive experience in cloud and infrastructure transformation programmes.
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and enterprise infrastructure technologies.
• Proven ability to design and implement productized IT solutions.
• Hands-on experience with AI applications in IT operations and workplace technologies.
• Expertise in managing large-scale, complex transformation initiatives.
