Job Title – Transaction Monitoring (Corresponding Banking)

Location – Chennai

Job Responsibilities

2 + years of relevant experience in AML Transaction Monitoring

Utilize AML surveillance tools such as SAS AML, Oracle FCCM (Mantas), Symphony AI Net Reveal, and NICE Actimize SAM.

Conduct in-depth investigations of alerts generated by the bank’s Transaction Monitoring Systems (TMS).

Analyse complex transactional data to identify suspicious activity and financial crime red flags.

Perform assessments in line with SOPs and Country Addendum requirements.

Maintain consistently high-Quality Assurance (QA) scores while meeting daily/weekly SLAs.

Adapt quickly to internal workflows and system functionalities in a fast-paced environment.

Escalate identified technology and risk issues to the Delivery Manager promptly.

Support AML compliance across Wholesale, Corporate, and Correspondent Banking segments.

Leverage advanced Excel functions and basic SQL for data analysis and reporting.

Demonstrate strong English communication skills with clear documentation and reporting abilities.
