Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Placement Officer at Indo Global Group of Colleges, located in Mohali district. The Placement Officer will be responsible for facilitating campus placements, conducting career counseling sessions, organizing training programs, and collaborating with educational institutions and industries. The role involves building relationships with potential recruiters, preparing students for interviews, and ensuring successful job placements. Daily tasks will include coordinating placement activities, maintaining placement records, and providing guidance to students on career options and skill development. Qualifications Experience in Campus Placement and Training Strong Communication skills for Career Counseling and student interaction Educational background with a focus on facilitating learning and development Ability to build and maintain relationships with recruiters and industry partners Proactive approach and problem-solving skills Experience in higher education administration is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Human Resources, or a related field
