Job Description

Key Responsibilities Coordinate and schedule internal and external training sessions, workshops, and seminars. Assist in identifying training needs through surveys, performance data, and consultation with managers. Maintain and update the training calendar and training database. Prepare training materials, such as manuals, presentations, and handouts. Liaise with external training vendors and instructors to ensure timely delivery of sessions. Manage logistics such as venue booking, equipment setup, invitations, and attendance tracking. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback forms and post-training assessments. Maintain accurate records of employee participation, certifications, and completion rates. Support onboarding programs and coordinate orientation sessions for new hires.
