Lead the global training strategy for Trust & Safety operations.

Responsible for building scalable learning ecosystems that enable operational excellence, policy enforcement accuracy, and user safety across regions.

Drive operational excellence through training innovation and performance enablement

Manage Training Managers, Instructional Designers, and Enablement Leads

Integrate AI-enabled training, simulation-based learning, and digital adoption tools.

Skill Set

14+ years of experience in Trust & Safety, Risk Operations, or Learning & Development.

Experience leading training for large-scale content moderation or risk operations environments

Experience managing global BPO/vendor training ecosystems

Familiarity with AI-assisted moderation and automation frameworks
