- Conducts training classes for employees on the features and operation of products, client tools and processes.
- Works with subject matter experts to validate content is current.
- Prepares training resources and materials for classes.
- Collects feedback from trainees.
- Participates in "train the trainers" sessions, to be prepared to deliver content.
- Produces and distributes training reports.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Complies with all policies and standards.
